Anthony, a real temp, is hired at Rockin' Grandma's Hot Sauce (a fake company) for its annual retreat - the final one for the company's CEO Doug before retirement. Doug's son Dougie Jr. struggles to prove his leadership abilities while a polished private-equity team courts the company for acquisition.

Season 1 was fantastic, season 2 is great but it doesn't reach the heights of the first season. The main reason is that it barely feels like a Truman Show type situation, teh chemistry between the actors and the "hero" is so smooth that it feels scripted. This is partially because the acted characters know each other from before, and partially because the "hero" is too good of a guy. It's kind of suffering from its own success in that regard. Overall the concept is great enough to make it a good show.
