Yet another lovely girls competition pretending to be a movie What did you expect from the title? I mean other than maybe Elvis trying a Candyman-esque ritual with a more feminine outcome. Want to hazard a guess at the plot? ... Yep. Elvis is in a love triangle and there's a rich villain. So that's all par for the course. What's Elvis' job? He's a fisherman, who also sings at nightclubs. The key bit of drama is about if Elvis will be able to buy a boat from the rich guy who doesn't want to sell the boat. My heart has only just stopped pounding from all the adrenaline. Matters aren't helped by the fact the love triangle is so one sided the movie should for all intents and purposes be called 'Girl!' As ever the problem with the love triangle is that it's simply hard to care for the characters and their relationships, especially when Elvis' character is dislikeable.
