Humorist Robert Benchley attempts to find Walt Disney to ask him to adapt a short story about a gentle dragon who would rather recite poetry than be ferocious. Along the way, he is given a tour of Walt Disney Studios, and learns about the animation process.

7.8 - I forgot that this was part live action so imagine my surprise to see a black-and-white picture showed on my screen. Since I was expecting animation, I was about to back out but something stopped me. And so I held on while the couple was talking and then they went to the Disney studio and my jaw just dropped. The amount of work they had to do back then just to make it all work is astounding. All the colors, and the sounds, and the thought put behind it all, it's awe-inspiring. It would have been amazing to see a full movie of Baby Weems, I thought the idea was really interesting. And the actual part where they showed the reluctant dragon show got me chuckling. Why is the dragon so zesty lol and Sir Giles is a mood. Some parts were uncomfortable to watch though like the sometimes sleazy actions of the visiting husband and yes of course, the racism.
