Sigh If you wanted more of the rebooted Pink Panther, good news, you got more! It's just a shame that I didn't really want more of that Pink Panther. There's not a lot I need to establish for you dear reader. The Pink Panther goes missing again and this time Inspector Clouseau is teamed up withthe greatest detectives from around the world to investigate. Therin lies my first issue with this film. I just have no interest in seeing Clouseau competing with others. I understand the intention is to put him in a situation where he feels the need to prove himself and to place him in contexts where he confuses and frustrates people. However I think results in situations that feel like a misreading of Clouseau. We see Clouseau as competitive and feeling the need to do things differently to the other detectives, when I feel Clouseau's insecurity demands that tries to appear more composed than presented here.
