this is SUCH an underrated movie. hot take, but imo, it’s better than the shawshank redemption fr. it’s so emotional, and the way frank darabont directed this movie and the acting is just superb. it’s really intense, and it’ll make you cry. but what makes this movie one of my all-time favorites now is the intensity and emotions and themes it has.
