However, a horrific accident occurs when he tests the device on himself, resulting in his DNA becoming merged with that of a common housefly. Hey, we've all seen that Simpsons Treehouse of Horror episode right? What truly stands out about this film is the rather unique ability of being able to blend body horror and tragedy. I am a person who loves horror films but I will gladly admit most of them are about spectacle occasionally mixed in with a theme.
