Rubbish. Made me suuuper angry. Don't recommend it. And this comes from a person who stumbled upon Green Knight on tv and looved it, so the "vibe" that the director tries to portay is something that I generally like and respect, but the execution here is just super bad.
Just overly melodramatic fulm with obnoxious writing and worst of all, boring. I can kinda see what it was going for and maybe there's a good film buried somewhere inside this mess but everything else just brings it waaay down. Michaela Coel's performance was especially distracting and as soon as Marta pointed out, 30 minutes into the film, that she suffers from Rami Malek syndrome it further ruined the character as well for me 😅 Overall I don't have too much positive to say, I'm sure it'll find it's niche audience who will love the film and honestly that's fine, there's worst art to be a fan of. It's just not for me.
