More of a 'Snoozin Donkey' than a 'Raging Bull' So Elvis wants to be a boxer, but can he pass the test? ... No. Writing this particular review is a bit of a daunting task because there's very little about it that's actually memorable. Kid Galahad is a film so forgetable I am worried that I might have recieved several blows to the head myself. In fact blows to the head is pretty much the only memorable part about Kid Galahad. Elvis Presley boxes the same way Homer Simpson does. He stands, takes lots of blows to the head and eventually knocks someone to the floor. It's admittedly very funny to watch and some day I will make a several hour edit of one of the fights just to emphasise the absurdity. Still, let's not dance around any longer and start engaging with the plot. The plot is pretty standard Elvis movie stuff.
