This is so funny, I don't know where to begin - "Watch your talk!" "I can hear my talk. I cannot watch it." - Some of it is dubbed - Arnold is so damn cute, he is already buff but still has a bit of a baby face and seems to be really into it - There is a scene when college athlete's compete with Hercules and he's WAY better then them, but we don't actually see it... Like.. we see them throwing a disc, and we see him throwing a disc.. but we don't see where they land in comparison and just have to believe he did it better - Hades actor is giving French magician but in a hot way, I can't explain it - They all look like they're giving their 100% which is more than I can say about a lot of supposedly better movies Free to watch on youtube, beware that the English subs don't match what they're saying (in English...)
We’re in Greece right now and I wanted something to really showcase the rich beauty and history of Greece. So I picked Arnie as Hercules leaving Olympus and becoming a wrestler in New York. One of his early movies, definitely a B-movie, with a surprisingly coherent storyline and a diverse set of characters. The obvious budget constraints are creatively solved, there’s twists and turns and little things, like when Pluto (Hades) visits New York (they mix Greek and Roman mythology), all the lights go out in the city. It’s just a shitty matte painting effect but it works! Olympus looks like a bad theatre troupe, but you love to see it. Quirky and fun P.S. I’m an Arnie fan so bonus rating, others should proceed with caution
