Alex is a disgruntled waiter at a snobby exclusive restaurant who falls on hard times. Forced to deal with the contempt and disgust of the upper class, Alex & cohorts attempt to go on a rampage. Meanwhile, General Karprov and Spider plot to involve the inept anarchists into their plans to derail the prime-minister-to-be's campaign.

The answer is that once again I feel Peter Richardson is a man of ideas and not execution. For those in need of a brief summary, the film opens on a restaurant frequented by the rich (where they order cooked pandas etc) and the firing if a waiter called Alex (Al Pillay). They then set up an anarchist terrorist group. Meanwhile Nosher Powell (Nosher Powell) is the Home Secretary and has marriage issues.
