Professors Vooshka and Crump decide to visit an archaeological site to study the artifacts there. Lo and behold, it's right next to a caravan site where all manner of people are staying. With a randy Major owning the site, a snobbish mother, and the two professors' constant innuendos, the story ends with a sinking caravan site and a striptease performance as a replacement for the cabaret night.
Carry On Behind... the Times! It's remarkable that a formula as loose as the Carry On formula can run out of ideas. There's so many historical settings that could be used. How about Carry On Drinking? Set during prohibition "You're going to have to hide the beer up the back passage". There's other genres that could be explored such as science fiction. Carry On Up Uranus anyone? The material basically writes itself e.g. Kenneth Williams sees the rocket "Ooh what a big one". There's lots more contemporary settings too, like football.
