Bridget Jones' Diary is undoubtedly a charming experience Over the weekend while in a state of tedium, I scrolled through the section on Amazon Prime that had films that were to be removed in the next 30 days. I had never seen the Bridget Jones films before and the trilogy was there, so why not? What I can say about Bridget Jones' Diary is that there are many aspects of it that are endearing. For instance, there is some lovely and sharp dialogue throughout. From the quips such as Bridget: Mark... What are you doing here?Mark Darcy: I was just wondering if you were available for Bar Mitzvahs and Christenings in addition to Ruby Weddings.to the emotive dialogue, particularly the quote that every other review has highlighted:Bridget: Wait a minute... nice boys don't kiss like that.Mark Darcy: Oh, yes, they fucking do.It's also worth noting that the dialogue too is carefully crafted to the main roles.
