A while ago, Preston North End (the team that I support for some reason) outsourced some of its recruitment to a company called MRKT Insights. After looking into the man who was in charge of identifying players, I discovered that he only had one scouting qualification. A free one from the FA. To prove how ineffectively North End were spending the money, I went and acquired that qualification... and four more.
