Rather enjoyed this. I don't know much about Roman history but I found this to be a pretty compelling and easy to follow overview of that era in Roman history but also a convincing argument as to why Julius Caesar was assassinated.<br><br>There's a good introduction to the historiography, the conditions of the working class and the foundations at on which the political scene was built. I perhaps would have studied more classics if I had material similar to this.
