Another book club pick! I will miss this lady in the woods and the animals. Such a bittersweet read, very emotional in a matter of fact kind of way that really gets me. I appreciated a lot the topic of the responsibility humans have to act morally towards animals. How we are the only animals with the ability of doing right and wrong, the only ones not driven merely by impulse. Let's be kind and use this responsibility for good, goddamn it
