Not bad, just not terribly compelling. Considering the story doesn't leave Sherlock's home there isn't a great sense of adventure. I typically enjoy bottle episodes on TV however as they are a visual medium you are provided with an opportunity for the writing, direction and performances to flourish. In a book, a medium that's entirely expository, I find I experience a restlessness that my imagination isn't allowed to explore different settings.<br><br>It's refreshing to experience Sherlock with a stronger sense of empathy than I have seen him previously depicted, but I wish it was in a more compelling plot.
