RYM top albums of all time #7 Atmospheric, anxious, and oppressive in the most compelling way. I especially love how clearly the themes of the album are communicated despite the lyrics often appearing as a jumbled mess; in tandem with the electrifying instrumentals, it all comes together as if beamed directly into your subconsciousness. While I think #[album:14880659:In Rainbows · Radiohead] is a beautiful lovechild of Radiohead's electronic and rock elements, Kid A—the electronic parent—is every bit as brilliant as its offspring.
