Incredibly warm and lush album with beautifully arranged and produced instrumentation. I don't know what the Brazilians were on in the 70s but all of the albums (by all I mean two #[album:104485932:Clube Da Esquina · Milton Nascimento] being the other one) I've listened to from this era were just so comforting and melancholy without me being able to understand a word of Portuguese. I think that's an impressive achievement in it of itself, especially since I'm usually a Latino music disliker. I do think that is a bit front loaded and the final three tracks are my least favourite. Edit: nvm the last track is fantastic as well Favourite tracks: Cabolco, Sylvia, Presente grego, Seriado, No boca do sol
